This website is hosted in the UK. Emails you send us pass through the hosts servers. You can read their privacy policy here. It is possible from time-to-time, that James may use another mail service, such as Googlemail, to view your emails. You can read Google\’s terms of service on their website.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, your data is held by a third party. We are currently using Mail Chimp to manage our mailing list. You can read Mail Chimps’ privacy policy here.

Web developers/designers who work on this site will be able to see any data submitted via the site. We currently use Design Now, and you can read their terms here.

Your Rights

You can request to see and / or erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Contact James for more info.
